Is the modern web browser available at Microsoft 365 access enterprise version 2306 because i can’t find it?
Hi,
According to the Access team at Microsoft it will be enabled in Monthly Enterprise Channel in version 2307, which will be released on Sept 12, 2023.

Thanks Karl. I just receive an e-mail with the answer to this question and have published a post with all the details for everyone to have Access to.
I gotta say, now I truly don’t understand the Office Build Number anymore.
The concept of Feature/Change Gates/Toggles (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feature_toggle) has made build numbers less indicative. They not only use it to sometimes (and inside the same build number) do quick bug fixes by turning buggy features off but generally use it to switch features on/off and thus handle different licenses and update channels.
I know all about gates, but that doesn’t explain why build numbers are no longer a universal index for the release of Office Builds. And the public has no cross-reference guide to know what was released under what build for which channel. It’s all just one more huge mess.
Now, asking for the users Build Number provides little useful information, unless you’re Microsoft and know the difference.
They’ve made an unmanageable ecosystem and provided no tools to work with it. Heck, you can’t even use VBA to natively identify the Version, Build, …
Sorry Karl, I was a little slow on the uptake this morning, needed a cup of coffee!
Now, I think I get what you’re referring to. That said, it is fine to use gates for Insider/Beta testing, but the feature had been released as part of the Current Channel, so it should have been bound to a build.
Now, look at the mess we are seeing. The question of people trying to understand why it was available in 2304 for some, yet they still don’t have it in 2306.
If we can’t figure this out, and have to reach out to Microsoft for clarification, imagine the average user’s experience with all of this! Can you blame people for finding all of this frustrating?!
For me, this clearly shows that the feature was not released in a proper manner.
