This is a continuation on my previous post

Sadly, things appear to be worse than just domain level Safe Senders not being respected. It would appear the issue affects to specific E-mail addresses as well.
This is an example as of this morning. The sender is clearly in my Safe Senders list, has been for a long time, yet still goes straight into my Junk E-mail folder.
If it wasn’t so bad, it would be laughable. I get genuine Junk in my Inbox and people I purposely added to my Safe Senders listing going to Junk E-mail!
Why so many bugs Microsoft, why?!
I think I’m finally at a point of looking at changing and walking away from Outlook altogether. I am looking seriously at Thunderbird since I have several clients happily setup on that.

If anyone has any other recommendations or experience with Thunderbird (Good or Bad), please leave me a comment.

Exactly. Time for Microsoft to feel the pain for not putting it’s users desires front and center. Now if only Borland would revive Paradox…
My feelings precisely. Outlook is broken; and Microsoft either don’t care or are, themselves (the world’s biggest software developer) at a loss. I suspect the latter thanks, likely, to staff reductions. That said, over the years, that giant company has let me down far too often.
