Microsoft has an early Christmas present for us all! 🙂
Another round of updates, another round of bugs, but this time it’s a doozy.
Just a quick heads up to block, and/or rollback, Windows 11 update KB5033375 as it is being massively reported as breaking WiFi connectivity! Some also report KB50532288 as being equally responsible.
Some reports indicates that the issue is only hitting educational and enterprise licenses, but leaving home users’ systems intact.

KB5033375 caused internet issue, uninstalled, but Win Update keeps reinstalling!
I have a 2-week-old Lenovo Slim Pro 9i purchased from Costco. No internet problems until Windows Update KB5033375 was installed.
After installation, the internet was super slow and unstable. Chrome would throw DNS errors and other errors. Ping tests to Google failed to resolve half of the time, and when it would resolve resulted in 30% dropped packets, and 1-3 second delays!
The only real solution at this time is to rollback the flawed update and things should return to normal. Once you do rollback the update, be sure to either temporarily disable updates or hide that specific update otherwise it will simply automatically reinstall itself and you’ll be right back where you started.
